The following form must be completed in the event of damage, or damage you consider to be Port of Södertälje's responsibility.

In order to process your enquiry effectively the form must be completed with as much detailed information as possible in order for your enquiry to be handled speedily.

When we have recieved your enquiry an investigation will be carried out by Port officials and we will contact you as soon as this has been completed.
